thats untrue, people have been premoted way to much because of skill , bauer for instance, i'm not sure if he's here or gone, btu that was probably the most imature person uin our unit. and disrespectful to fellow unit members and officers, yet he ranked up 5 times in the coarse of like 3 days, because apparently he was sooo good...

I dont know the story about this but i think promotions should be given out more based on leadership, responsibility, and respect. Being good should just be something on the side. Because even if your leading a unit of unskilled people if you can stratagize, command their respect, and lead well your team will never lose.

hey it wasnt me who was giving him the promotions half the promotions never even went through me it so gay ... like one day someone will be a rec and the next there 2 ranks up idn how this happens but we should straiten this crap out
